The home is envisioned as a layered interplay of depth and restraint, where deep red accents sit against a calm grey backdrop, creating a palette that is both bold and composed. Warmth is drawn from richly polished woods, adding a sense of age, texture, and permanence to the space.

At its core, the design blends contemporary sensibilities with Indian craftsmanship. Elements such as bone inlay, tikri work, and carved panels are seamlessly integrated into the architecture, lending quiet richness without excess. Materials remain honest and tactile, allowing detail and finish to take precedence.

Each space carries a distinct mood. The living areas feel curated and expressive, while the den is darker and more introspective, wrapped in vintage tones and textures. The bar introduces a more relaxed, social energy, with its brick surfaces and warm, layered materials evoking a refined pub-like character.

Flooring acts as a subtle unifier, with a mix of natural stone patterns, wooden finishes, and custom surfaces creating continuity across spaces.

A standout feature is the children’s area—conceived as a “room within a room.” Designed as a miniature world, it combines play and function through layered wooden elements, bunk structures, and intimate nooks, all grounded in deep greens and natural tones.

Overall, the home balances richness with restraint—bringing together craft, materiality, and mood in a way that feels both timeless and contemporary.
